NOT THE RIGHT FIT!?  FOR CUSTOMERS, WE OFFER ONE FREE EXCHANGE FOR UNWORN, UNDAMAGED ITEMS THAT ARE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHIN 15 DAYS OF DELIVERY.  ALL EXCHANGE ITEMS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING A RETURN LABEL. 
 
THE NEW ITEM WILL BE SHIPPED TO THE CUSTOMER WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS OF RECEIVING THE ORIGINAL IN OUR STUDIO.

WE GLADLY ACCEPT UNWORN, UNDAMAGED ITEMS, THAT ARE RETURNED IN THE ORIGINAL PACKAGING WITHIN 15 DAYS OF PURCHASE. 
TO INITIATE A RETURN FOR ORDERS PLACED DIRECTLY THROUGH OUR WEBSITE, EMAIL SERVICE@UWILLBY.COM AND WE WILL SEND YOU A RETURN LABEL.  RETURN & EXCHANGE SHIPPING WILL BE DEDUCTED FROM THE REFUND AMOUNT.  ITEMS MUST BE POSTMARKED WITHIN 7 DAYS OF RECEIVING A RETURN LABEL TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR REFUND.
OUR LEATHER OUTSOLES ARE BEAUTIFUL BUT MAY SCRATCH ON HARD FLOORS.  PLEASE TRY YOUR NEW SHOES ON A CARPETED SURFACE TO AVOID SCRATCHING THE SOLE.  RETURNS INITIATED BUT NOT DEEMED BY EITHER/OR TO BE RESALABLE AT FULL RETAIL VALUE -- INCLUDING PAIRS WITH SCUFFED OUTSOLES -- WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.

IF AN ORDER WAS PLACED WITHIN 3 DAYS (OR LESS) OF A SALE - AND THE ITEM PURCHASED IS IN STOCK AND INCLUDED IN THE SALE - WE WILL HONOR THE SALES PRICE AND ISSUE THE DIFFERENCE IN STORE CREDIT.
